I had to come here the other night to find an outfit, I was meeting the governor the next day and all my blazers were for the winter time. Sure enough, this place gave me the perfect outfit! And then I came here last January to get a last minute inauguration coat, found the perfect one. Now that it has sephora, im over beyond pleased with this store.”

I have been to 3 locations in the area and the staff here are by far the most helpful and super kind. My only recommendation is for them to get the roll around baskets like other locations have.”

“We traveled from Colorado to Virginia for a wedding of a family member last weekend and were only in town for 48 hours. My husband and son in law had suits sized and fitted in Colorado and we were suppose to be able to pick them up and have them fit and all be fine in Virginia. That didn't happen. On Sunday at 11am when this store opened, we were greeted by John B and we were in a panic. The wedding was at 5pm and we needed help to get suits to fit for this black tie event within 4 hours. John quickly analyzed the situation and explained the options to us. He was calm and cool and had great knowledge of the store and all he could do to help. He also apologized for our experience and wanted to make it right. The manager, Toshia S, walked in and John asked her to help find solutions to help us the best way possible. Both employees were so helpful and we appreciated all they did to get us out the door with suits for our event. Toshia even went so far to get us credits on the suits we had ordered and declined to accept from our Colorado and Wyoming stores. She went above and beyond to make us happy customers and most of all, to look good at the wedding too. Thank you so much and great job to you both. You both were amazing and just what we needed.”
