Still one of the best Bean stores for excellent customer service. Recently Alisa was kind enough to hunt down an item I was looking for and she shipped it to me! This is a busy time of year, but she took the time to do this for me over the phone. She was so kind & patient. The top arrived quickly & in perfect condition!

There was a GHOST shirt I was looking for that was nearly gone. Jules came by and got the ladder and took the last one from the display holder since it was fortunately in my size range.

“Best customer service experience I have probably ever had in my entire life. I couldn’t find some of the tops that were on a mannequin and without even looking for someone to help us, one of the workers named Abbi asked if we needed help finding them. They were in a certain area across the store and she helped find them in my specific size. She also picked out some tops that she thought would look cute on my cousin and I and encouraged us to try them on. One of the tops they did not have in my size and she helped me order it online instead. Honestly she deserves a raise. She is fantastic and honestly makes me want to go back to that store. I don’t write reviews but the service there was so good that it made me want to.”
“visited the store three different times looking for the perfect outfit for my boyfriend to wear to a wedding in New Hampshire. Even when we couldn't find exactly what we were looking for during our first two visits, Achilles was incredibly patient, helpful, and genuinely invested in helping us get it right.
He suggested a pair of pants for us to purchase elsewhere, and when we came back with them, he immediately helped us find the perfect shirt to complete the look. He also helped us pick out a belt and even recommended where to shop for shoes, along with specific styles that would work best with the outfit.
What really stood out was how kind, knowledgeable, and pleasant he was every single time we came in. He made the entire process enjoyable and stress-free, and we always felt welcomed. In fact, part of the reason we kept coming back was because of how great he was to work with.

Beautiful suits are available, the fitters are incredibly knowledgeable and the best part is, you can have anything tailored to you by the in-house tailors!”
“I wanted a necktie for Easter and found the Peter Blair “Easter “ tie. The purple tie would not have been my first choice , but I bought it because the others were sold out. My tie just arrived, and if I had known what a beautiful shade of purple it was and the obvious quality of the fabric, it would have been my first choice. It truly is stunning.”

I did get a chance to walk the sales floor and it appeared more like an off-the-rack store and less like a clothing depot, referring to some visits in the past.
