“I rented a tux from here and we had several issues with Jim’s Formal that they were unable to reconcile. With less than 24 hours to my event, Sunil and his team were able to get a tux fully tailored for me for around the same cost of renting a tux. Great service, great experience overall. The tux’s that came in from Jim’s were absolutely awful and none of the sizes fit as they should have. I highly recommend just buying a tux from this place. It’s the same price and I was really impressed at how well it was tailored.”

Still one of the best Bean stores for excellent customer service. Recently Alisa was kind enough to hunt down an item I was looking for and she shipped it to me! This is a busy time of year, but she took the time to do this for me over the phone. She was so kind & patient. The top arrived quickly & in perfect condition!

“We were first reluctant to enter thinking surely they won't have anything for an old white man but we gave them a try. They have everything for everyone! The staff was super friendly and helpful. The store was well organized and neat for the amount of merchandise they had in it with plenty of walking room. Prices were great AND they do their own tailoring which is a big plus. We were very happy with the winter dress coat my husband bought. We will be going back for a suit for a wedding soon. We are confident we will find what we need there.”

“Refreshing to do business with a fine men’s clothier again. Thanks to Chris and Franco, and the rest of the very pleasant and professional staff at Franco’s in Lakeside! I hadn’t purchased fine clothes since I was in sales ten years ago. Chris set me up with everything for a wedding rehearsal and wedding, from the shoes to the necktie, and everything in between. Franco saw to it that everything fit perfectly. What a great experience. It is rare that you get this sort of attention and quality for your money these days. One child married, three to go. “My husband and I walked in and found a pair of shoes perfect for an upcoming wedding. Stephanie was helping us and did not have it in our size, and the product was so new that only one of the two pairs was available online. She worked hard though to coordinate with us on a very tight schedule to make sure both of us had our shoes in time for the event, and they showed up with time to spare! We are always happy to shop here but this was such an above and beyond experience that Im loyal to this store for life!”

“I just left the store after being disappointed in them not having THE dress I wanted for my vow renewal. The staff was VERY helpful and suggested I try on a different dress- even if it was simply for sizing purposes. Although the dress was pretty it was not THE dress. They helped me order the one I wanted. So kind, so patient, so helpful!”

“Best customer service experience I have probably ever had in my entire life. I couldn’t find some of the tops that were on a mannequin and without even looking for someone to help us, one of the workers named Abbi asked if we needed help finding them. They were in a certain area across the store and she helped find them in my specific size. She also picked out some tops that she thought would look cute on my cousin and I and encouraged us to try them on. One of the tops they did not have in my size and she helped me order it online instead. Honestly she deserves a raise. She is fantastic and honestly makes me want to go back to that store. I don’t write reviews but the service there was so good that it made me want to.”

“I have not done much if any in store shopping, since the COVID lock down. Today I was forced into going in store because my online order was cancelled. Upon entering the store I was warmly greeted by Hannah who would later assist me in the biggest way. My online purchase was rather large and she meticulously, throughly and kindly went through every item and walked throughout the store hand picking each piece. She even went a step further and priced matched every thing and ensured my purchase was seamless. No kidding, people like Hannah are 1 of 1. She was so thoughtful, charismatic, authentically cheerful and we had a very organic interaction. She truly made my day! She could teach a seminar on customer service and going above and beyond any day! You guys truly scored big with her!”

Beautiful suits are available, the fitters are incredibly knowledgeable and the best part is, you can have anything tailored to you by the in-house tailors!”
