There are signs everywhere saying the hoses are extended and can reach either side of your vehicle. Most people still treat it like a normal gas station and get in crazy lines 6 cars long letting me pull into the pumps they're avoiding!”

“I had a wonderful experience at this Walgreens location. I was having a horrible day when I came in to pick up a few things, but Mercedes completely turned it around. She went out of her way to be extra helpful in showing me exactly where to find what I needed, and her genuinely cheery demeanor completely brightened my day.
Even though this Walgreens is further from my house than another location, I will definitely be back at this store specifically because of Mercedes. Excellent customer service like hers is hard to come by!”

“The team at the Rittenhouse Kroger Pharmacy is absolutely incredible, and they work relentlessly to take care of their patients. I regularly have my monthly prescriptions sent over early in the morning before their shift even starts. I usually show up right when they open, and even though they just received the order minutes prior, they always get it ready for me right away. They will kindly ask me to wait just 10 minutes in the parking lot or drive-thru, and they never let me leave without my medication.
I’ve been coming here for about six months, and they always have my medicine in stock—it’s almost like they know I’m coming. It gives me such a feeling of certainty, especially since we all know there are pharmacies out there that will mess with your schedule, claim they are out of stock, or show a complete lack of care for your time.
I stopped by today (09/30/2026) around 8:30 AM and was helped by a fantastic woman. I couldn't see her face, but her voice is familiar from previous visits—please give her a raise! Honestly, the entire staff operates at this same high level. It's unreal. My wife used to go to a different Kroger Pharmacy, and while they were above average, they don't come close to this Rittenhouse location. Words can't describe how much I appreciate this team. Thank you for all your hard work!”
“It's a gas station they sell gasoline you probably already knew this they sell nice hot water out there case is a hot water you can get a cold drink if you want that's that's about all there is to it I mean what more do you want from a gas station that's all there is to it sometimes the employee is nice sometimes they just talk to you through the window depends on who's working that day but that's just my opinion”

“It's fine for a Kroger. Shelves are usually stocked, produce is fairly standard, and prices are what you'd expect. Biggest negative is that cashier lines are normally not staffed. There may be one person to help ring. The self service stations are not all always open, so check out can take longer than it should for a store this size.”

“Midlothian Apothecary is the best Pharmacy in the greater Richmond area. They are family-owned since 1950 by Virginia’s own Darby family and run by Ms. Janet and her husband, Mr. Everette. Upon your first visit, you feel like part of the family. Not only do they have the pharmacy which also has compound ing services, they also fill prescriptions for your furry family members too. They have some of the best selections of birthday, special occasions, etc cards, and they also sell over the counter items, do immunizations, durable medical equipment and have local delivery options. They go above and beyond for their patients and treat you like family. The staff is why I get my prescriptions there BUT they also have an old fashioned soda foundation and diner. They make the best milkshakes in town. You’re not just a “customer” there, you’re a friend.”
