“I truly love that most people seem to not understand or want to put in the effort to use any pump regardless of what side your gas tank is on. There are signs everywhere saying the hoses are extended and can reach either side of your vehicle. Most people still treat it like a normal gas station and get in crazy lines 6 cars long letting me pull into the pumps they're avoiding!”

I had an outstanding experience at this location on Hull Street, and I want to recognize Satya, the manager and cook, and Tina, the cashier, for their exceptional customer service.
Satya prepared my meal with genuine care and love. Her positive energy, attention to detail, and willingness to serve made the experience feel personal and welcoming.
Tina was equally wonderful. She greeted me with a smile, treated me with kindness, and took the time to have a genuine conversation with me. What really stood out was that she remembered something we had talked about years ago and even asked me about it. That level of personal care and attentiveness is rare and truly made an impression on me.
Honestly, I was inspired to leave this review before I even tasted the food! That says a lot about the experience I had.
Thank you, Satya and Tina, for making my visit such a positive one. I highly recommend this location and especially appreciate employees who serve their customers with this level of care and hospitality.”
“I come here often because Ali is usually working and he is the best. He always asks about how my son is doing and greets me as soon as I walk in. He is just the best and I had to write a review. Whatever he is getting paid is not enough. He does everything he can for everyone and is there almost always. I come there just for him now and drive past other gas stations.”

I've been coming here since they first opened, they were the cheapest gas in town at first, to get more customers but of course they have to even out eventually. They give discounts on gas if you get a car wash at .5 cent intervals, up to .20 cent off per gallon, depending on the selection of car wash you get.
On top of that I have the ExxonMobil Smart Card which gives you an additional .10 cent off per gallon.”

“This review is for the BULLETS (Burgers, Hotdogs, Chicken, Fries) and YUMMO YOGURT that is OPEN at this BP Station.OMG. Imagine my surprise to see a Bullets sign still in existence in VA. I remembered Bullets fondly for it's great food and service. I also remember what happened to the franchise after the fiasco vs Rally's/ Checkers (which they did indeed "emulate").I am happy to say that the Silver Bullet burger is EXACTLY as I remembered... DELICIOUS. My better half thoroughly enjoyed her Chili Dog and fries. Looking forward to sampling some other classic goodness soon.YUMMO YOGURT (also open) is like a smaller Sweet Frog and well set up. Sadly, the gelato dispenser was out of service at the moment. That will be great once it is available again.”

“This is only a five star review because of how good the worker tony is. He works the night shift and despite how tired he is he never fails to have great costumer service. He also helped get me through a dark age of my time. YES I’m talking about TONY he is my favorite Wawa worker of all time, speaking of Wawa workers we should also talk about the worst one ever. Tommy he completely ruined my whole night when he started saying I was prank calling when I called my best friend Tony and made a joke. Only to be met with his evil counterpart on the other end of the phone line. And for some reason he couldn’t just direct me to Tony. (who told me to call that night) Tommy proceeded to tell me that I was PRANK CALLING and that he was going to give my number to the POLICE. He couldn’t even ask me what I was calling for or tell Tony I was on the call. This completely ruined my day and it makes me want to not go to Wawa ever again. Wherever Tommy is out there, you can be rest assured he is not doing anything but causing trouble with other people who are best friends with Toby and only want to speak to their friend and a actual kind person. Tommy aside, this is the best Wawa ever. If you call make sure to ask to talk to Tony because Tommy will ruin your entire day.”

“Bob is awesome! Managment on the inside though is terrible. A lady rear ended me in the parking lot and he wouldnt let me have a copy of the footage for proof. Im fine with a no but he was completely rude about saying it which made me decide to go to Publix now.”

“The same family has owned this station for many years. They are all very friendly. Yesterday, I was having trouble filling air on my tires, and Ravi was happy to help out. Thank you Ravi! It is conveniently located on 360 Hull St in Midlothian at Deer Run, next to Q Barbecue. It's very clean, nicely landscaped, and at night it's well lite bright all around the store so you always feel safe any time. They have convenience store items inside. The gas prices always seem to be a little less than other stations nearby.”

“I come here every morning. Not exactly because it's on the way, but because of the INCREDIBLE customer service. I usually will get Tammy or Jackie who ring me up. Both of them are incredible. If there are customer service awards they both should get them. The reason I'm writing this today is because of Jackie. The other day there was an incredibly rude and ignorant lady at the front trying to get gas. Why she's yapping away on the phone her card kept declining. Instead of calling said person back she held up the line for over 5 minutes (at least to my knowledge). The manager had to step in to ring up the people in the now a mile long line. Jackie kept her cool (although I could tell she was super frustrated), and paitently let the people with coffee or fountain drinks go. I could tell she did this with the managers approval to diffuse the situation. The way she handled this idiot was just admirable. I wanted to take the time to give her some recognition! Love this place and the people in it!”

She always brightens my day and really keeps up with the overall appearance of the store!Also, USE THE BPme APP!! I use this app to fill up at this location and save tons of money! It’s simple and easy to use. After you use it once you don’t even have to get your form of payment out.. just pull up, select what pump your at, and start filling up!! I have saved as much as 22cent off the gallon!Side note: BP gas seems to give my car great gas Mileage.”
“I had a rough visit tonight due to how I was treated by an employee BUT there was something bigger at work tonight. Before I do let me share with you that the store manager was amazing, he was very upset and extremely apologetic but even more so you could tell he hurt for me. He truly cared. I’m still going to shop here because they have like everything and it’s close to the house. Sometimes people drop the ball so others can pick it up....so here’s my story I hope it starts ...”

“The Upside App brought me here since they were offering $.07 cash back. Ok convenience store. They do have a Blimpy sub inside, but it looks like it's been closed down for quite a while. Few coolers of drinks and a number of Isles of snacks. I had to use the restroom, looked a little aged, but wasn't in horrible shape. The owner came out to question me why I was taking pictures, but it didn't seem like too much of a big deal. It's pretty easy to get in and out off of Genito Road.”

“Here is probably where idiots installed the gas pump handles to hoses. None of the swivels work due to some moron probably over tightening them. At least ApplePay seems to always work when I stop by so that’s a plus.”
