“This review is based on the interior rather than the gas part.
Lucky's of Woodlake did a smart move by putting Jay on alcohol ordering. About a third of the store is now craft beers of GOOD quality. The prices are reasonable, ranging from $16 to $25ish for a four-pack of 16oz beers. Jay is also helpful when in the store for those looking for recommendations.
Now if only they applied this to the other Lucky's...

“This place is amazing! Love how fast service is and also finding out that if the system goes down they manually input every order. For service to be moderate fast when doing manual inputs on orders is impressive . Thank you Kyle for a commanding and clear voice when calling out orders. Thank you to the team. I was homeless at one point . I appreciate as single female their knowledge of the local area so I had a safe place to sleep in my car overnight and being kind enough to make me feel welcome there after I got out of homelessness. Than you for making me feel like human even at my lowest point .”

“I come here every morning. Not exactly because it's on the way, but because of the INCREDIBLE customer service. I usually will get Tammy or Jackie who ring me up. Both of them are incredible. If there are customer service awards they both should get them. The reason I'm writing this today is because of Jackie. The other day there was an incredibly rude and ignorant lady at the front trying to get gas. Why she's yapping away on the phone her card kept declining. Instead of calling said person back she held up the line for over 5 minutes (at least to my knowledge). The manager had to step in to ring up the people in the now a mile long line. Jackie kept her cool (although I could tell she was super frustrated), and paitently let the people with coffee or fountain drinks go. I could tell she did this with the managers approval to diffuse the situation. The way she handled this idiot was just admirable. I wanted to take the time to give her some recognition! Love this place and the people in it!”

Whatever he is getting paid is not enough. He does everything he can for everyone and is there almost always. I come there just for him now and drive past other gas stations.”

“This 7-Eleven is a great spot with excellent service and friendly staff who make you feel welcome as soon as you walk in. The store is always very clean and organized, and they keep a good variety of hot, fresh food available. Whether you’re grabbing a quick snack or a meal, the food is tasty and well-prepared. The coffee station is tidy, with plenty of options to choose from. They also have a car wash that does a fantastic job, leaving your car spotless every time. This location really makes convenience shopping a nice experience!”
“Great place to cash checks .. sometimes they are cheaper to cash checks than the bank its self ( unless u r a member at the bank). Employees are a lot different than they used to be there…they over talk you when you are trying to ask for something ..bc they are so involved in the conversation they are having w other employees … they still have biggest selection of drinks than any other store in town and they sell lotto tickets in vending machines. If employees acted a little bit more professional and stopped cussing and carrying on..it would be an awesome store.”

“This little store kicks a*** The site I'm on is right across the street. They always have hot food and cold beverages. The craft brew selection is on point. I had to stay in my truck a few times because it was too far to get home from the job site and they didn't call the tow or cops on me being there all night. Good people run this joint.”

“I've used this pharmacy off and on over the years and recently filled some prescriptions including one that renews. They are slow to answer the phone, but I've had very helpful people on the other end of phone when I've finally been able to talk to them. The wait time in the drive through seems comparable to every other pharmacy we've used here and in other states. I wouldn't say this is like any kind of spectacular experience, but I also haven't had any complaints other than longer wait times which could also be based on when I go and call etc.”

“My family and I stopped at Dash In for the first time while we were traveling, and I have to say this was the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. I truly mean that. We came in at night, and the cook, Mikayla, was incredibly friendly. It was honestly one of the best interactions I’ve ever had with someone in customer service. The food was tasty too!. Her personality, sense of humor, and ability to hold a conversation made the experience even better, 20/10! My husband owns a few businesses in Virginia, and he even said he’d love to have someone like her on his team if she ever wanted to venture out, haha! I can’t wait to visit again. Great job, Dash In!
