As soon as Dad and I got the wheel off, we took it to Powell's and had a new tire on in just 15 minutes. Pricing of tires was affordable and labor reasonable. Staff was all friendly and helpful despite being quite busy midday.”

“Went to a different shop thinking I needed an alignment. Found out it was my tires that were dangerous to drive on. They suggested harris tire shop. Had my tires delivered in 20 minutes. The tires were here before I was. and have only been here for roughly 15 minutes and my car is being worked on now. When I tell you I called and they told me to come on now they'd get me set up THEY DELIVERED. 10 out of 10 recommend this place and I will make the 45 min drive to get their service from now on. Its that worth it guys”

“I woke up to a flat tire the morning I was supposed to go on a trip to see my son who was on leave from the Navy. I called Mr. Tire based on a recommendation from a friend. Victor was super friendly on the phone, told me they could help me out as soon as I got there. AAA came, put on my spare, and I went up to Mr. Tire. They were friendly, Understanding, and worked quickly to get me back on the road. Victor also initially thought I was going to have to replace all four tires, because that’s the way Subarus are, but then they discovered that my other tires were new enough that they didn’t have to. They could’ve sold four tires and I never would’ve known any better. I appreciate a business I can trust, I’ll definitely be back and will recommend them to others.”

We decided to try a nearer tire shop first but they were not able to help us, the difference in service and how we were treated was huge. Mr tire was quick, kind, and wee able to resolve everything with Hertz so they could put a new tire. We highly recommend them if you are in need!”

“We thought we knew what tire we needed but an employee here saved us a lot of trouble. He told us he had the right size tire that would fit, and could install it for us—but it was not the right tire for our camper trailer. He went above and beyond and walked outside with us during a major heatwave. He looked everything over, and informed us someone had installed the wrong tires on our camper trailer—but assured us we could get home safely with our spare until we could get the correct tires. Turns out we had car tires but needed trailer tires. So many other places would have just taken our money and wouldn’t have taken the time on a Sunday afternoon. He may not have thought he helped much, but we now know what we need to travel safely!”

Kate worked with the technician Chris to really think outside the box to suggest a fix for the issue we had been dealing with for over a year so it would pass state inspection.
