“I went in to get a diagnostic test done. They did a thorough job and explained everything to me so that I understood what was wrong. I would say the price they quoted to fix everything was reasonable. While there, Josh, had an interaction with a couple of customers who were being a bit unreasonable and he handled them very politely and professionally. I told him so once they left. “I am more than blessed and grateful to have found this place. I have been on the side of the road since 3 AM and I didn’t have a phone signal. I was able to walk a mile up get a phone signal at 8 o’clock on the nose in the morning ( Ian a transfer student from SC), not only did they pick up they had a quote ready for me. I was able to get in my car to them 30 minutes later this morning and they got my alternator done on my car. And they literally were $350 less than four shops in the surrounding area and was still fair in the prices And the two ladies in the front were super awesome And everybody was so respectable! This is the type of company that will be here in 75 years from now! Whoever the owner is just know you got you a damn good group!”

“I called in from Maryland to get my daughter’s car taken care of . I looked around for a decent shop . Found slayton’s automotive . Gave them a call . I was able to get the car in a few days later . My daughter was able to take the car her self . They took care of my Ac evac and recharge , my oil change and replaced a reverse light for me as well . Prices were good . Work was done swiftly . Tristian took good care of my daughter . This will be the shop I take her car to from no on, I feel comfortable now . I appreciate the service .i work in the industry and i can say I'm impressed . Highly recommend these guys . And I’ve never been to the shop . Do yourself a favor and give them a call.”

“I can’t say enough good things about Jay’s BMW Auto Service. They replaced the water pump on my Mini Cooper and after about 800 miles the brand-new pump developed a leak. Instead of making excuses, they stood behind their work 100%.
They took the car back in, replaced the water pump again, and redid all of the labor at absolutely no charge. They even purchased another new water pump themselves. That kind of honesty, integrity, and commitment to customer service is hard to find these days.
It’s one thing to do a repair—it’s another to stand behind it when something unexpected happens. The team earned my trust, and I’ll definitely be bringing my Mini and other BMW’s, back for future service.
