“Sinnia was great of assistance she helped with all my million questions to help me get to the outcome I needed as far as applying for auto loan and transferring titles preapproval. Even the fact that their call center is 24 hours and I would be able to do an application on a Sunday, which is the only day I have available, considering it takes one to two days for approval and I need it to be approved by Tuesday. Definitely recommend this branch very professional and efficient.”

“Vanessa is very professional and personable. It is clear she cares about PNC's clients with how she remembers details even months later. Vanessa suggests different options without being pushy and having each client's personal needs in mind. The personal and dedicated experience, from the front door to Vanessa's office is what sets PNC about from other banks. The in-person expertise and experience, especially that by Vanessa, could not ever be replaced (or be even nearly bearable) by automated systems.
Further- stay informed and read the details of lower reviews. Being mad at a PNC bank employee is pointless as they are simply doing their job. Being mad about needing 2 forms of ID is the same person who'd sue PNC for fraud if some random person that found their ID was able to get a copy of a debit card. I'm picky and super sick of the automated robot online systems- the in-person PNC employees here make the world of a difference.”

“I just wanted to say that the Langley Branch off Jefferson Ave near the City Center has the worst tellers working drive thru of any Branch. The wait is always horrendous, they are rude, ignore your requests, and even argue with their customers. After waiting over a half an hour behind 2 cars in the LFCU member only line, I tried to deposit my weekly paycheck... that I have been depositing every week for the last 12 years faithfully and the teller said he needed to put a 7 business day hold on my paycheck, but would be able to deposit the other checks I wanted to deposit. I requested him to just send me back my check that he was unable to deposit so that I could take it to another branch because it's a week before Christmas and my mortgage has to be paid by today to avoid a late fee. He sent me back all the checks....he did not deposit anything into my account. Drove to the branch in Hayes, where they offer exceptional 5 star service. Each customer in each car is serviced within a mere minutes and the tellers have a pleasant, wonderful, and happy demeanor and disposition. They are always helpful and polite. We only went to the Jefferson Avenue location because we were going to grab lunch at the Warwick Restaurant afterwards, but we were forced to drive back to Gloucester to receive the customer service we should be able to get at any Langley because paying my mortgage is more important than going out to eat. Just want to say thank you to the Hayes Langley Branch for being so wonderful!! I am 51 years old and have been banking with Langley since I was 16 years old and every time I try to go that Newport News Branch, it is the worst experience and every time I go to Gloucester, it is perfect!”
