I had to extend my reservation and it was not complicated at all and when I returned my rental everything went fast. Everyone at the location I picked up and dropped off was friendly and very helpful!!”
“Jake was amazing from the Suttle dealership. He was working by himself the day I got my rental and exhibited so much patience with customers reactions due to high volumes. He was very thorough, kept a smile on his face and stayed professional. As I extended my reservation he was further helpful with more resourceful information and a correction on my receipt. Lastly, he was there upon my return and made it so easy at drop off, he was very accommodating and assuring with a slight spill in the trunk. He definitely deserves a bonus and/or raise. Great job Jake !! Will definitely continue to use that location for my rentals.”

We laughed, talked, and he was very knowledgeable of his job! My rental was picked up and handled within 15min! He made the process so smooth and efficient. Even drop off! “Megan was awesome! I desperately needed a truck last minute and she came through like a boss. They didn't have anything at first but Megan worked her magic and got a truck and hand cleaned it herself before I arrived. She was very kind, knowledgeable and helpful. I'd highly recommend renting long term from this location.”

“This was mine and my husbands second time using Budget and have had a very good experience! It was super easy to make the reservation. We are moving across the country for the military, and the price was so much cheaper than UHaul and Penske. The gentleman there was so friendly! If you are moving, I highly recommend Budget!”
