“Just visited this store today due to some concerns I had with my feet. Courtney assisted me and she was the most professional, polite, and down to earth person I have ever met in a retail environment. Courtney was very patient with me and explained matters of the foot with me that I had no clue about. She was even able to help me out with understanding the medical issues I'm currently experiencing with my feet. She is very informative, straightforward, and real. I highly recommend that if you visit The Good Feet Store that you go see Courtney ASAP. The gentleman who works in there with the glasses and black curly hair was also amazing. His customer service on the phone was out of this world and he was able to set me up an appointment super quick with prompt instructions on what I needed to do and what time to arrive. Long story short, if you want top notch quality and excellent customer service go visit The Good Feet Store! You'll love it.”

The 2 ladies working at the front were kind and helpful, I heard them assisting others in the store helping to put together outfits etc and I just loved their energy, kindness, and the way they made you feel comfortable. “Great prices, was shopping for my friend who needed my help, because the layout is warehouse kind out-there os no back room....all stock is on the floor, you have to really search for some sizes and not all sizes are in stock- I found out, but they were able to order the size we needed and the employees were very accommodating. “I headed here on my day off from work for Veterans Day to buy a new pair a shoes, which was long overdue. But it wasn't my first go-around here. Ever since Sophia and I moved to Hampton Roads, this has been a go-to for shoes. The last time I may've purchased a pair was probably 2021 during the pandemic where I made an online order. When shoes have wear and tear, you know it's time to upgrade.Upon walking in, we were greeted to staff letting us know if we needed any help. The usual stuff. What I like about Shoe Carnival is they have a variety of shoes for discounts. You'll be surprised of the type of products you can buy for a good price. After probably 30 minutes of looking, I settled on a pair of Sketchers slip-on shoes, mainly to wear at work which is primarily a desk job. Price was just under $60 before taxes and so far, so good. It's not about the flash, but about how comfortable you'll feel. A pretty good return to a familiar place. It'll probably be a 2nd go-around here soon since I have to buy some new shoes for walking. Like I said, once they start to become worn, look for an upgrade. Till next time :)”

“When I first walked in I was thrown off for a second because the employees were lined up talking and not helping customers. Like most shoe stores the employees get paid off commission so it was very surprising to me. However, out the corner of my eye a very beautiful girl approached me and asked me if I needed help with anything. I immediately thanked her for doing her job and not being clicked in with the other employees that were standing around and not approaching customers. She helped me find a great pair of shoes for my son! I asked her for her full name at the register to write a great review about her. Her name was Taylor Guest and she had very cool blue and black braids. When employees like Taylor stand out to me I feel almost obligated to write a review because I way back when worked in retail and it was not the easiest. I know it would make me feel better to see a review after a long day of doing my job correctly.”

“Incredible selection of high end sneakers found in Patrick Henry Mall. This shop just opened on October 2 when they gave away $1500 worth of shoes and gift certificates. Manager Justin Palmaz is knowledgeable as is the rest of the staff and owners. They will answer any question and are sneaker heads themselves. Whether you're looking for a collectible pair of Air Jordans or a pair of funky Adidas, Kickz has a shoe for you.”

I dressed my daughter in OshKosh B'Gosh and Carter's clothes when she was young and now I dress my grandkids. Love the neighborhood store atmosphere. It's one of my favourite stores I will go back to over and over again when they have good sales.”

“Yesterday, I took my son back to school shopping. Caleb was our associate that helped us. My son is returning to public school after being homeschooled for a year. He is now 13 and at a point where he is trying to find his own style and not have his mom pick his clothes for him. He did not have a clue where to start and honestly, neither did I! I explained his situation to Caleb. Not only did Caleb take the time to ask my son questions and get to know his likes and dislikes... He took the time to grab multiple styles of pants but he took the time to really check in and see how things were fitting for my child. Having a complete stranger make my son feel like he was important was really telling of the staff you have in your store. There was another young man (unsure of his name, but he was there when we were around 3 pm on August 23, 2022) that really took the time as well to give advice about style and comfort. They helped my child feel "cool" and current and I am beyond grateful. I just really wanted to take the time to give these gentlemen credit where it is due. THANK YOU!!!”
