“Two weeks ago I bought two pairs of pants for work there not understanding how men's sizing works and I tried them on could not fit me. I come back today thinking I could not exchange them because I didn't know my size and just wanted a refund. The workers were so helpful and let me try on the next size up till I found my perfect size and let me exchange both pairs even though I ripped the tags off one pair thinking I could wear them work and fit me. Honestly I would go there for any work needs from new safety Boots to a brand new outfit to work in. The staff is so very kind I'm grateful they are close by.”

“Yesterday afternoon, I visited Foot Locker Kids at Patrick Henry Mall in Newport News, Virginia, to buy shoes for my daughter. The experience was fantastic. Although they initially couldn’t find her size, Schujwan G, who assisted me, was very kind and didn’t stop searching until he found it.

“I had a really great experience at the Foot Locker inside the Patrick Henry Mall in Newport News, Virginia.
The best part about it was the two sales people, Hunter and Angel, who helped me pick out the right shoe and sizing.
They were very welcoming from the moment I stepped into the store, and they took a lot of time and patience in answering a lot of questions I had about different shoes and sizing.
They were incredibly friendly, welcoming, polite, gracious, patient, and helpful. They had such good attitudes which was very refreshing, because it's not so common anymore.
I had been to several other shoe stores in the mall and these Foot Locker employee guys wete the best out of them all.
They both were so down to earth and really cool guys. They had a good sale on the shoe I was looking at also. The store was very clean and they had the shoe sizes that I was looking for to try on.
Those two employees were top-notch, very professional, and so nice. I hope they both get recognized and rewarded for their excellent, excellent service and for being so personable and helpful. I plan on coming back. Thank you!”

Manager Justin Palmaz is knowledgeable as is the rest of the staff and owners. They will answer any question and are sneaker heads themselves. “Amazing crew providing phenomenal customer service. They do have a pretty good stock on hand, plenty of Carhart Options. I would love to see them with a large variety of Ariat Jeans especially the M4’s and M7’s, especially since there really isn’t alot of places with a good Ariat Section even though they are tried and true. They have a very nice selection of Steel Toe & Composite Toe cowboy boots and other styles. If they carried non-steal Toe Ariats then this would be the only place that I would purchase boots from for work and life. Overall very good spot.”

“I had an issue with my foot that was not resolved with orthotics or any other recommendation by my podiatrist. A friend suggested contacting a chiropractor. One chiropractor recommended physical therapy and chiropractic sessions. A second chiropractor said that I needed 5 chiropractic sessions a week. The third chiropractor, Dr. Daniel Roth at Williamsburg Neck and Back, suggested that I visit Point 2 Running Company. I really appreciate appreciate the honest analysis. It's refreshing and rare to find someone who cares more about the patient than making money.
I went to Point 2 the following day, and it was the best decision I could have made. Caroline assisted me, and she was EXCELLENT!!!! She spent 2 hours with me evaluating the issue, determining the best type of shoe, and allowing time for me to try and retry multiple pairs of shoes.
A week later the pain is almost completely gone. Thank you Dr. Roth and thank you Caroline. I highly recommend both.”
