“had the oppurtunity today, looking for a $300 item..talked to a manager at Lowes and he went the extra mile to try and make a sale...I had asked if they price matched...he replied yes in most cases....the item in question would have been over $100 difference...rather than BS me he came right out and said that much would not be possible....appreciate the honesty....have switched from Home depot customer for 12 years to Lowes...they at least answer their phones. This year alone...table saw, washer/dryer combo, band saw...tried to get from Home depot and no one answers phone to help...purchased all from Lowes.”

“I went with my daughter and other friends to Home Depot for their free, in-store kids workshop and we both loved it! When you check in, your child not only gets their DIY project to work on, but if it's your first time, your child gets their own apron with the pin of the month to go with it. Not going to lie, it was a bit intimidating going in because there's no workers walking around to help if you need assistance during the workshop and especially for someone like me that doesn't really do a lot of building projects, but the instructions were really thorough and had pictures that got us to our end goal smoothly. It does get super crowded especially if you don't come in early but surprisingly there were always enough seats and resources to share amongst everyone. I was impressed that not only did we get to build, but you can also decorate your project with paint and stickers. I highly recommend other families to go, especially since it's free. And I will definitely come back to these workshops with my daughter in the future.”

“Well 1st off I wanna thank the Managers ! Kimberly,Lisa and Jason! All 3 of them worked with me to ensure the Master built Grill we bought had issues from the t7me we purchased it ! 1st one wasn't put together right. Then the 2nd one we picked uo.and didnt work after we got home.
I saved my money to buy this for my hubby and his eyes lit up when he saw it. So I knew this was the one to get. Anyways they sent out a assembler to our home to find grill no.2 the board was bad. GARCIA was super nice and helpful as well. So back on the truck it went back to home depot and Jason was waiting on us to ensure we get a brand new put together and even Deliver it !!! So awesome ! I love how they communicate with one another and have great team work! JT in garden was so helpful as well. I can't remember the woman at the service desk name (beautiful silver hair) she was so nice as well. Made sure we were taken of. Thank you so much from the bottom.of our hearts for all the help and patience to help us!! Maybe I can work with you one day!
