“I came in for yard bags but I could only find contractor bags (black). I asked for help and the employee was able to bring me directly to their last 3 boxes. I'd prefer that they had all the bags in a similar location or maybe near the yard tools, but it's not a big deal. I don't really come to Ace hardware too often but they are much closer to my house than Lowe's, home Depot or Walmart when I need something last minute. In all seriousness... I often don't like Ace prices but I do prefer how their employees are more willing to help when compared to big box retailers. In my opinion, Ace employees are better trained or just in general more knowledgeable in their respective departments. Just my experience at this location.”

Typically, I find businesses will verify the inventory, and I still need to scan the isles to find my product, but this location went above and beyond with the initiative.”
