“Really want to thank manager Kera Tavares for her excellent service. On a Friday afternoon, I absolutely had to ship some legal documents via FedEx such that they arrived half way across the country Monday morning. Kera said I'd need to pay extra for Saturday pickup from her store (due to FedEx pricing). She was nice enough to recommend I go to to the regional FedEx shipping center on Friday afternoon vs. doing business with her store, as it would save me some serious cash. She even emailed me a link to the regional store so that I wouldn't choose the wrong location on google maps (since I'm not familiar with the area). Thank you for your service, and I'll be back for my other shipping needs.”

“Parking is not the best for how busy this location gets. Staffing seems to always be an issue, but the staff that does show up do an amazing job considering the pressure. Amazon needs to provide some support, a few return kiosks or something to take the pressure off of this location being so busy.”
