“Ally was super nice and super helpful with my tax returns I needed to mail off. I stood behind this woman who said her name was Kim, and she was extremely rude and disrespectful to staff. Ally and Yvi handled it with grace. If you show up and not have everything together like you are supposed to, that is no one else fault but your own. Suck it up. That isn’t the staffs fault. You stunk anyways.”
