“Wow! What a terrible person and experience. For one thing the sales person was extremely rude and didn't lead me to any items. All he did was point and say there over there. Second, he had on sunglasses which is very unusual inside a retail store. Third I will definitely tell everyone that I can to stay away from Metro PCs. And that unprofessional man. Brendan could not have been any more helpful and patient with someone like me that is older and hates to change phones. I use to hate to go in a Verizon store, because then young staff that grew up with a cell phone always made you feel stupid when you ask a question. Brendan never once did that. And took the time to show me how to do things on my phone that noone else had ever done. 5 stars to the staff at this location!”
