“So my experience here started off on a low and ended with a high. All thanks to a certain T-Mobile representative named Sebastian!
Initial walk in, issues with T-Mobile rep Alex: When I walked in, there was a line to get service which was fine with me. After 10 minutes waiting this guy walks in and the Representative took him dismissing everyone's time who had been waiting. His name is Alex and he is extremely rude! Don't go to him, I tried to warn you. He is not friendly and his vibe is not welcoming! Alex will have everyone jump in front of you while you waiting just like he did us today. Again, don't go to Alex.
Experience changed, Sebastian: Sebastian came from the back of the store and I was instantly greeted. What's crazy is that Alex told him that someone else was next when I was the one that was next smh. Anyway, Sebastian took me and he was really knowledgeable and kind. You can tell that he really knows what he's doing and all the other Representatives go to him for questions about the phones from customers. Go to him with all your promotions, services, anything you need he can do with no problem! He is a great representative and more importantly a great person! Please give him a raise!
Overall: This store depends on who you have as your representative in order to give you an experience. If you want bad service, rude and an unwelcomed atmosphere, go to Alex. If you want an exceptional experience and a representative who is great with promotions going to get you good deals and care about all your needs, go to Sebastian.”
“I want to highlight an exceptional associate at the Best Buy outlet in Manassas, Virginia: Aaron.
Back in February, I came in for a television and a few other accoutrements, and Aaron was the associate who walked me through it. On a recent return visit, Aaron picked me out of a crowd and remembered exactly who I was and what I had bought months earlier. That alone speaks volumes — but what stood out even more is that this isn’t a one-off performance. From everything I’ve seen, that kind of customer recall and attentiveness is a consistent feature of how Aaron operates.
What makes Aaron exceptional isn’t just memory — it’s the depth of conversation he brings to the floor. On this visit, we got into the nuances of comparing an outlet iPad against an outlet Samsung device, and he walked through the trade-offs in a way that helped me, the consumer, make the best and most informed decision for my actual interests. His knowledge of the Samsung product line is genuinely in-depth, and he pairs that with real personal experience on the Google Pixel side, which gives the conversation a level of credibility you don’t always get on a retail floor.
He’s also the reason I ended up with a TCL television in the first place. He took the time to articulate the value of brands that customers don’t always know to ask for, and that recommendation has paid off — I’ve been very happy with the TV, and the outlet pricing was the kind of premium-discounted deal that’s rare to find in the U.S. unless you know the right people. Aaron is one of those right people. He gives it to you straight, no fluff.
I commend Best Buy for developing an associate of Aaron’s caliber. He’s the reason I want to come back to this store — the conversation alone is worth the trip. Add in the shared experience of being dads to young girls, and there’s a lot going on every visit that makes it a pleasure.

“After moving to the area 7 years ago this 7-11 has been my go to for snacks, refreshments ect regularly since it only 2 miles away. But the most important thing is the staff. I’ve been to so many 7-11’s and I must say the crew here is just wonderful. Always smiling and just plain being courteous! Kudos to management and staff!!”

“after being on the phone with Verizon tech-support and going to other locations, no one was able to help me for three months. I walked into Sudley Verizon center. They were able to help me in minutes Fix my phone and actually get me a replacement that will be delivered to me tomorrow. They were fast, efficient nice and did not bug me about doing a new plan or getting a brand new upgraded phone. They honestly care about their customers and that’s more I can say from any other Verizon team member that I’ve spoken to.
I did not get the name of who helped me today but the older gentleman that was working Monday, August 17 around 11:30 AM. He deserves a pay raise.”
