Update your store hours. Very inconvenient and disappointing to drive from Portsmouth to Norfolk (toll or not) with out the item that I already purchased online. Nothing online reflects that you are on ”winter” hours or what the effective dates for those hours are.

Came in here for tax free weekend with my parents and Val was phenomenal. He had the answers to all questions and got the shoes they wanted without a problem. We really appreciated his help and how great his customer service was.
