“I had a lot of trouble with finding a good vet since COVID but I finally found Dominion Animal Hospital and they are fantastic. My dog is very anxious at the vet and previous vets have had trouble working with her but Dominion has been so great. You can tell they actually care and remember my dog. Since my dog’s been diagnosed with cancer, they’ve been very helpful on answering all my questions and making sure my dog is comfortable which makes this hard process much easier. I’m so thankful I found them.”
“I have not had a lot of experience with vets taking care of my tropical birds. When I did have a serious problem with my birds Dr. Bignall was always availabe and highly concerned for there health. I don't know what I would do with out such a wonderful veterinarian. One life couldn't be saved the other probably would of died without his help. God bless him and you couldn't get a more caring and concerned Dr. for your precious little creature.”
“I took in a fecal sample for a test. The two person team was efficient. My observation was that they did not greet me or acknowledge me when I stood at the booth where they were working. When they finally acknowledged my presence they were curt, and did not greet me or smile once during the whole ten minutes of my stay. I know that it’s more important to be efficient than nice, still… it made me feel unwelcome and that it was a big bother to be pleasant. I hope this comment is helpful.”
“Working with Just Cats Clinic is always a positive experience for me. They understand my cat and his personality, always providing really great care. Our cat was dealing with an inflamed bladder and in a good deal of pain. Dr. Elizabeth and her colleague were able to explain to us everything that was going on, talk us through potential solutions, and made sure to check back in and answer our calls when we had questions following our appointments. I’m really grateful we have this clinic in our area.”
“Update: The vet returned my call on Tuesday and took care of everything. I am satisfied now.The vet is very hard to get a hold of after seeing her for the first time when she informed us our indoor cat has fleas. The vet suggested we put her on Next guard Combo and informed us that she might need something to help with itchy spots and told us to call if she is still scratching a lot after the application.Called on a Thursday left a message. Called on the following Friday and spoke with someone who said they would call the vet to ask about it. Meanwhile, my cat is in discomfort. It is odd that there is only one vet at this practice who is not available at all on Thursdays and is not onsite on a Friday. Maybe I will hear from them on Monday. if not, I might need to find a different vet.”
“The team at Clocktower are the best! They are extremely thorough and thoughtful. I’ve tried a few other vets in the area to save a little money but I’ve come back to Clocktower to take care of my ???⬛?! It’s worth it!”

“Dr. Henderson and the staff, especially Sandy and Sue, are the absolute best. They have taken amazing care of my girl from day 1. And Day 1 to year 2 involved a lot of chronic health complications for my girl. But thanks to Dr. Henderson's help, my pup is now 4 1/2 and the healthiest she's ever been! “Wonderful vet. I am extremely difficult to please, especially when it comes to the care my loved ones receive. Trust me when I say this office exceeds my lofty expectations every time. Both doctors we have seen are incredibly thorough, they do not rush and genuinely seem to care about our cat. They take the time to explain things in detail, they are gentle and patient. They do not push unnecessary treatments or try to run your bill up for their benefit. You can tell that they are passionate about animal care and they have a wealth of knowledge to back it up. “We always are pleased with our visits to Merrifield Animal Hospital. Dr. Baird is a patient, kind, thorough, friendly and knowledgeable veterinarian. Our cat, who hates travel, loves her and put up with inoculations and nail clipping with minimal protest. The staff was also nice and we were taken in on time. This is a wonderful practice and we highly recommend it!”

“Back when they were located off Elden Street by Jiffy Lube I brought my dogs for check-up visits and occasional repairs.After 7 years and a few life changes for my family plus vet location change, I reached out to see if they were accepting new (return) clients. There was a completely new staff but the name was the same and the same friendly spirit was still there.We've been with Dr. Kinsella and the rest of the team there for several years now. They had an amazing organized system all through Covid for visitations and we are very pleased with all services.Oh and our boy Ammo say he LOVES all the attention and especially the treats! ?”

“I don’t leave reviews often but I cannot emphasize what a wonderful experience this vet is. Wendy, at the front desk, is absolutely delightful and cares deeply for each animal that enters that place. The vet, Dr. Caldwell, is high energy, deeply knowledgeable, and “brings you along for the ride.” I’ve been dealing with a very sick rescue (my absolute baby) and they have handled each situation with practicality, expertise, and tender care. If you are thinking about joining this vet or switching… do it. Cannot recommend enough!”
