“So today I hit an animal and messed my bumper area up. There was a part that kept hitting my tire and I could not drive safely. In hopes of someone being able to help I pulled over to manakin auto center. The really nice employee took one look and told me to pull my car up. He fixed it temporarily but so much so that I am now able to drive safely. He didn’t even charge me. This man was so kind and i will be returning for ALL my car maintenance. “Wonderful customer service! Went above and beyond. Had gone to a different place first and they were rude and nasty. Called to Brooke's and they were amazing. Got my part quickly (same day) and they even left it out for me after hours since I wasn't going to make it there before they closed. I have MS and cannot walk so they left it where I could easily pull up to it and get it. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reputable friendly company.”
