I am currently a Straight Talk customer, but their customer service is incredibly frustrating it takes forever to reach a live representative, and their international calling rates are far too expensive. I visited this location today to inquire about a plan that includes international calling without the hassle of constantly adding minutes. The representative who helped me was fantastic; he answered all of my questions with genuine patience and kindness. I will definitely be returning soon to officially switch my service over!
Update I went and switched over my service to total wireless just to find out that you have to purchase a 10 calling card for international calling it does not come with the 75 dollar plan as I was told by the representative and staff member at the company. I will be a switching back to straight talk wireless.”
