Online ordering issues: There are numerous complaints about the online ordering process, including long shipping delays and difficulties with cancellations or returns, suggesting many recommend buying in-store only. !!!!!!! “Was visiting the zGrafton Ace Hardware to pick up some double sided tape to reinstall some body side moulding on my 1983 5.0L Mustang convertible. The thing that is really fantastic in today's world, is that because they provide such a fantastic indoor staff to help, your visit goes quickly and they direct you to the product you need because of their vast knowledge. This kind of assistance is priceless. I feel that their prices are competitive. The store is also very well organized.
Everyone in that store is there to help you find what you need and get you out the door in a reasonable amount of time.”
