“Went to this location and requested a passport for my mom. It was past the scheduled time frame. Clerk said she would find out if someone would be able to help. Another clerk came out and said she would help us even though it was her lunch time. She went above and beyond to help us get the process going and she was very polite and easy to work with. I don't know if I can name names but I hope she will get this feedback. My 88 year old mother really appreciated her efforts to get this done so she could go and see her daughter later in the month. Thank you so much for your help.”

“Noticed today when I went to check my P.O. Box that this location doesn't have money orders. Never tried to purchase one here so, not sure if this is a new thing or if they never had them and just posted it so customers won't come in to purchase them. Usually pretty empty and very few people in line when there is one, and employees are polite.”

“This post office on Mercury Boulevard in the same shopping center with the big Kroger, next to Lee Nails and Spa.States that it closes at 1430/2:30pm on Saturdays.However the actual closing time is 12:00 noon on Saturdays. It's closed right now, the interior door is labeled with the correct time.The online search, needs to revise the closing time for this post office.”

I have had nothing but pleasant and friendly interactions since shortly after submitting the initial review. Maybe the team was having a challenge adjusting. At any rate, the change is so dramatic that it warranted an update to my shared experience (I am especially enjoying my interactions with Ms Sinclaire).
Initial Review:
The short haired woman, Tanya, who is now unfortunately working at the Poquson USPS, has a very slow work process (long customer lines and works through the packages at an incredibly slow rate). She has a very unpleasant & expresses a condescending demeanor if any questions or concerns arise during the transaction.
Alternately, the long-haired gentleman (I believe it is Richard, but I do not get to see him enough and was unable to get his name) who works at this location is inviting, warm, friendly & works diligently to move the customers, through the line, at a reasonable pace.
It would be appreciated, by customers who live in Poquoson, if the window service could be Someone who exhibit Customer Service skills & is attentive to the fact that time is precious, and the people in line have other things to be doing rather than spending an incredibly long amount of time at the post office due to Tanya’s slow work rate. Thank you.”
