“Noticed today when I went to check my P.O. Box that this location doesn't have money orders. Never tried to purchase one here so, not sure if this is a new thing or if they never had them and just posted it so customers won't come in to purchase them. Usually pretty empty and very few people in line when there is one, and employees are polite.”
“I love going to this post office for one because it's never crowded. I hate crowds of people. Second, the staff have always been professional, helpful, and friendly. This has been my experience in any post office I've frequented since moving to Hampton roads. Thank you USPS! All of us need to thank the organs in our bodies for working 247, 7 days a week mainly our heart until our last breath. “I didn't catch the name of the amazing lady who was working the counter at closing time, but I wish I had. Not only was she doing her best to process everyone through who was trying to get packages mailed out at the end of the day, she was reaching out to make sure people with prepaid packages knew they could come around and drop them off. She spotted someone with a UPS box and let the customer know as the customer joined the end of the very long line. She even maintained a very professional attitude even when an exceedingly rude customer huffed in at a minute to closing with several people still waiting in line expecting the office to stay late after closing just for her. I don't know if you have any recognition rewards, but if you do, this employee very much deserves one.”
“The people who work there are friendly and helpful. No long wait in line and the gentleman behind the counter is always friendly, fast and helpful when I come in to mail packages. I go there frequently and always enjoy my experience even if I have to wait in line.”
“This post office on Mercury Boulevard in the same shopping center with the big Kroger, next to Lee Nails and Spa.States that it closes at 1430/2:30pm on Saturdays.However the actual closing time is 12:00 noon on Saturdays. It's closed right now, the interior door is labeled with the correct time.The online search, needs to revise the closing time for this post office.”

“This USPS locates in the Warwick Center Shopping area on the Warwick Blvd NN VA. Everything about postal service. Sometimes very crowded, little bit waiting, but quick service.”
“I have a PO box here and they always remember me and are proactive about helping me. I used to have a PO box at another post office, and this post office is much better. The wait times are so much shorter and the workers at the counter know what they're doing better than at the post office I used to use. There is also a lot of parking and they sort the mail into the boxes quickly. I recently went to pick up some packages, expecting only 4 to have arrived, but the worker at the counter gave me 5 because one had just been delivered. Only after I left, did eBay later send me an email saying "Item Delivered" for that 5th package. I thought, Wow! The workers at the post office must have sorted through all the incoming packages super fast. My old post office usually took at least 24 hours after my delivery notification showed up on my phone before my packages were put in my box or set aside for me, and I used to have to wait a couple extra days for my packages. This post office is so much better. Love them! Thank you ❤️”

“My friend and I went here last Friday with some big boxes to send to our deployed friends and loved ones, we did not realize how long the paperwork (for customs) to send these would take but Will explained everything and was so patient and nice even though we wound up being there way past when the post office closes to get it all finished. Thanks so so much to Will for making what could’ve been an awful experience a very positive one instead.”
