They communicate incredibly and help solve problems with their whole hearts. Ashley radiates happiness and organization, while Dentrell and Lee offer quick to action help solving problems on site. “Great renovated building downtown. It's a bit pricey, but you are paying for the modern look and prime location. The only downside is the parking situation. Still, it's downtown and you probably won't need a car if you work nearby.”
“I have been here for 7 months and I haven't had too many issues. I have never been in a complex where the staff is above average. Even with my personal life issues the property manager has been working with me every step and is by far one of the best that I have dealt with. I am extremely thankful for the staff for what they have done and couldn't ask for anyone better. Thank you for everything! Keep up with the great work to the office staff and mantiance staff!”
“Fenwyck Manor has been an amazing experience. Moving to a new home is ranked nationwide to be one of the largest reasons for stress in our lives. Thanks to the Leasing Agent Linnea and the Property Manager Randy, our transition to our new home has been very successful without stress and problems. In the short month, we have been the happiest and most comfortable. I would say this is the happiest home we have resided. For our first holiday, the Fenwyck team hosted a pool party with delicious food, drinks, and refreshments for all of us allowing us to become acquainted with our new neighbors. The Fenwyck team were exceptionally friendly even giving us prizes and gifts. We were blessed with a gift card to Red Robin. These are the things that make us feel welcome and grant us a feeling of appreciation and gratitude for choosing to become a part of the Fenwyck family. We believe our decision to moving to Fenwyck has been the best decision ever and encourage others to do the same!”
“i did a walk-in tour with rae, and not even an hour after i already did my application! rae is such a professional and kind person, i came in with every question under the moon and she never once seemed annoyed and was very happy to answer each one.
based on the tour alone, and my single interaction with her, i’d immediately recommend people to look here. the grounds were very clean, the model was gorgeous, and i loved the clubhouse.
* also, for anyone complaining about “hidden fees” they literally tell you every charge in the quote and what it’s for. nothing is “hidden””

“Living in Norfolk was not the most pleasant experience for us after moving from DC because of the type of city. However, choosing 201 made our transition so much easier, warmer, and more beautiful.
The entire staff was absolutely incredible — truly beyond excellent. If you want to live well and peacefully in Norfolk, this is the place.
It has been the best place I’ve lived since moving to the U.S. I miss everything about it — the apartments, the atmosphere, and especially the amazing staff.

“We have lived at Colony Point Apartments for almost 7 years and find it a great place to live as a retired couple. The location is convenient to shopping and bus line (if needed) with safe and lovely places to walk. The office staff, maintenance guys and housekeeping ladies are friendly and do a great job in keeping our complex looking great. We also enjoy our lovely pool and grilling area and gym (which I should use more!)”

“I enjoyed my time living at Metro. While I found the application process to be somewhat difficult and frustrating, Shannon made everything smooth and easy. Whenever I had maintenance issues, they were addressed promptly, unless parts were needed, in which case, there was a short delay. Overall, I had a positive experience living there.”
“I have just recently moved in. These apartments are actually pretty good. I’ve been nothing but cater to since I’ve been here. The neighbor seemed to forget that there is somebody living under them, but regardless that is just apartment life. The maintenance team is amazing anytime I have any kind of issue They are here usually the same same day and the office team is very, very sweet and respectful. I can’t give nothing but five stars it would be wrong of me to give anything less. It’s only fair. Arbor Glen thank you for making my place as comfortable and homely as possible my daughter and I appreciate you🫶”
“We toured the apartments today, and I believe the young lady who assisted us was Aubrey. From the moment we met her, she was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and professional. She smiled the entire time and made us feel comfortable throughout the tour.
Aubrey was very knowledgeable and took the time to give us all the details we needed to really consider the property and make an informed decision. We’re still planning to look at a few other places, but because of her exceptional customer service and hospitality, this property is definitely in our top three.
Sometimes the person showing you the property can make just as much of an impression as the property itself and Aubrey absolutely did that for us. She was sweet, informative, patient, and genuinely pleasant to work with.

“I would like to say I have thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Pilot place. The property manager, Kim, has been AMAZING!!! I came to this property at least four times to decide where me and my family were going to live. Kim was patient and kind every time I came. I am sure I was becoming annoying after the fifth apartment tour but she stayed calm and professional and made me feel valued. We have made the decision to move here and Kim has definitely made the choice easier.”

“Kevin Deontte is the only technician that could fix a difficult AC unit. It almost caught on fire last technician fix it, and could not maintain temperature. Also, Stanley very difficult working with. Kevin is the only maintenance technician i can trust to fix my AC unit. Stanley also needs customer service training on how to treat long term tenants with some respect, and stop trying to ask stupid questions that make him look like a clown.”
“This is my first time renting an apartment and the process was extremely smooth. Everyone in the office was on point, especially Ariel Walker, who was a huge help! If you’re looking for reasonably priced apartments and great customer service I would highly reccomend this apartment complex!”

“It is a unique apartment complex with several flights of stairs, which can keep one in shape. The maintenance staff is pleasant and the leasing office is super helpful with good communication. I like the younger vibe of the downtown area with frequent music and fireworks.”
