“My room was definitely subpar. It didn't seem clean - mold in the overflow drain in the sink, the bathtub was dingy, and it didn't seem like the room had really been cleaned before we got there.We walked out of the elevator on evening to find someone setting up to sleep in the hallway. We went to my room to find there was no hotel phone in the room -- we called the front desk using our cell phone and the woman working came upstairs. The man left but it was unnerving that he got upstairs. When we mentioned something the next morning the man working the desk brushed it off and said it was that part of town ?.”
