“This company is great. I really like TRAVIS. He came to my house to give me a new gauge and finally got the correct one. He even mentioned that my lid on my tank needed replacing and he’d be glad to do it if he had one and will come by sometime and put one on. They always give me the best price on the Propane when I ask they always give me information on how to take care of my propane logs myself thank you Suburban Propane. The technician I’m speaking of is the one that comes from Currituck.”

“My 2019 Freightliner Coronado 122SD got the dreaded DD-15 Engine Fault Code (SPN-3720, FMI-15), DPF Ash Canisters Cleaning Request, while dropping a trailer in Norfolk, VA. I was very impressed by Shelly’s (Service Advisor) professionalism and honesty, while walking me through their Repair Process and Associated Costs and Timing. Shelly was upfront on determining the Cause and Effect, for my Engine Fault Code—numerous possibilities. She kept me updated on all aspects, of my Trucks Repair Status (Outside Services, Parts, Labor, Timing, etc..). My trucks repair’s were primarily assigned to Jeff (Technician). Jeff introduced himself to me and gave me a quick overview of the Repair Steps, generally used for this Fault Code. The entire organization played a pivotal role, in getting my Truck— “Back In-Service”! I can’t say enough good comments and Thank You’s, to this Facility and its Employees. I highly recommend this Organization, if: Communications, Honesty, Technical Knowledge, Pricing, Parts, Labor, Costs and Timing, are important to you.”

“The customer service I received from all of the staff at this location was more than satisfactory. With employees like the ones I met, it’s clear that a business can run itself. They all deserve recognition & I hope these accolades reach them. I had a TERRIBLE experience with another U-HAUL location prior to my arrival at this location & they more than rectified it they went out of their way to explain policies and help me understand them. After I was previously denied access to policy and customer service at a different location. I was told reach out to corporate if I had any questions and when I asked for the store number I was denied that as well. I reached out to U-Haul corporate and have heard nothing but, the staff at this location did the best they could to rectify my situation & make it right. I have even attached my email to the corporation. This location could t speak on behalf of anyone else but did everything they could to keep my business and ensure I was satisfied with my rental.”
