“My 2019 Freightliner Coronado 122SD got the dreaded DD-15 Engine Fault Code (SPN-3720, FMI-15), DPF Ash Canisters Cleaning Request, while dropping a trailer in Norfolk, VA. I was a long ways from home and needed a Repair Facility, before my Engine Derated. After making numerous local inquiries and reading Google Reviews, I chose Western Branch Diesel-Portsmouth, VA. I was very impressed by Shelly’s (Service Advisor) professionalism and honesty, while walking me through their Repair Process and Associated Costs and Timing. Shelly was upfront on determining the Cause and Effect, for my Engine Fault Code—numerous possibilities. She kept me updated on all aspects, of my Trucks Repair Status (Outside Services, Parts, Labor, Timing, etc..). My trucks repair’s were primarily assigned to Jeff (Technician). Jeff introduced himself to me and gave me a quick overview of the Repair Steps, generally used for this Fault Code. The entire organization played a pivotal role, in getting my Truck— “Back In-Service”! I can’t say enough good comments and Thank You’s, to this Facility and its Employees. I highly recommend this Organization, if: Communications, Honesty, Technical Knowledge, Pricing, Parts, Labor, Costs and Timing, are important to you.”
“I like the text notifications letting me know when my delivery is coming. My delivery technician was very thorough and seemed to know his job. He was also thoughtful & careful not to put ruts in our damp ground due to all the rain. That means a lot!”

“This place has been around since I was little. It's located off of Tidewater Drive next to Naas Bakery. There is generous parking & they are adhering to the Covid social distancing guidelines. It's a small store, but it has a lot to offer. We just went there the other day for bulbs, but they have all kinds of other hardware items. They make keys and cut glass too. The staff wasn't overly friendly, but it was 30 mins before closing time. Maybe they were just ready to go home. The store served its purpose for us, so I won't complain.”
“Well let's see. I went to Ferrellgas because I had AmeriGas but the point is, I waited for three months, it might have been a little longer for AmeriGas to fill up my tanks. We had almost run out of gas because of them. They said that they were sorry and had no idea what had happened. They said that they would have the manager call me about this,,,NEVER DID. BUCH OF LOSERS I have to say. Three months, maybe a little longer.Can you believe this. By the way, Ferrellgas was here in two days..Go get um Ferrellgas”
“Great, fairly fast service. Polite and friendly staff. Overnight parking if you're loading/unloading the U-Haul truck at your house. They even recovered my sunglasses that I forgot in the truck when I returned it!”

“My first time visiting this location and it was awesome. There was a gentleman who assisted me with the pickup (sorry, can’t recall his name) and he made everything seem easy. He was there waiting on my arrival, attentive and prompt.The only thing I did not like was the location, it was too far for my liking. Overall, I would recommend and suggest this location and the guy that assisted me.Thank you sir.”
