“So today I came in and I was being extra worrisome to the young lady at the front desk today about me being late on my payment and how she should even tho I am 28 days late give me a discount. She was so polite and explained how she could not do that with a very respectful smile and comfortable body language and I started to go off. I ranted and ranted and even pulled out my phone to record her, and she continued to stay positive and very respectful and That was amazing ?. As a person whom deal with customers everyday and understand how life happens and people sometimes lose their patience due to any kind of circumstance, I respect her professionalism and her patience and her employer should be Proud.
