“I had to have my car towed to the shop on a Sunday and was informed that a new tire would be necessary since it could not be repaired but would have to order the tire on Monday. I was contacted that the tire had been delivered and would be ready for pick up within 1 hour of the call and that I could pick it up before close of business. I was also informed that I had a bubble on another tire and it would need to be replaced at some point, but it was my decision when.”
