“Have lived here a year now. Building is superb in every way. Facilities are in great condition, are spotlessly clean, and are maintained with care. Our condo is quiet. The Management Team and Staff are amazing. Very responsive and professional. Package delivery works great. They are using technology for communications. It's a great building to have a dog with easy options to get out and back in. The taxes and maintenance fees are fair. Proximity to the RTC amenities can't be beat. We are incredibly pleased and proud to be a part of this community.”
“I highly recommend checking out VY Reston Heights. Great location. Dinning located below and a Gold's Gym. The elevator to Gold's is currently down causing Gold's members to take up residential parking but its nice to see management has been trying to enforce towing for non-residents to ensure there is ample parking for the us until its resolved. The building is secured and the amenities are great. I would love to see a concierge added to assist with food/package delivery though.”

“The Cosmopolitan at Reston has been great! The amenities and their staff are great, all of the staff! I love how they are always very welcoming! I toured with Christy before making my decision to live here. Christy took the time to listen and understand my housing needs. She went above and beyond to help me with my move. She continued following up with helpful suggestions till I was all moved in. Thank you Christy and Staff.”
