“I have an iPhone 12 Pro that is starting to enter the “is it time to upgrade?” stage so naturally I thought that a charging port issue was due to wear and tear. But thankfully I brought my phone to iTouch repair because they saved me $$$ !! Yeah, weird, an honest business that is ACTUALLY helpful right?? But it’s true. Rather than tell me to get the charging port fixed, they told me to simply clean it out with the right tools and it should charge easily once all the dirt and dust is scraped out. And just like magic, my phone was able to quickly connect to the cable without having to wiggle it around to find the connection like I’ve been doing since the summer. Felt like an idiot but thankful for Camila and her integrity.”
“I originally tried to get a phone and set up a work plan through the Cricket website, but ran into an issue because the billing address on my credit card didn’t match the shipping address. So I ended up going into the Cricket Wireless store in Herndon instead.
I had no idea there was a location so close to me, and I’m really glad I stopped in. Sandra was awesome and made the whole experience incredibly easy. I walked out within 30 minutes with a brand new activated phone, a case, a charger, and my cell phone plan all set up.

“Well, that was my first time visit to their store. I was attended by Afnan Mahmood and he followed up from begining till my phone got fixed completely. I went there right before their closing time on Saturday evening. But Afnan make everything easy. He was very friendly. They closed Sunday, By Tuesday I picked up my phone withvery reasonable charge So, at this point I totally trust them with their work. “I lost my phone while on vacation. Marcus helped with replacing it and when he was done all the photos and data from my lost phone came up on the new phone! I thought I had lost everything so it was so great to see it on my new phone. He made sure the old one was locked so no one can use it.Marcus was congenial, knowledgeable and didn’t rush through thee process.”

“Recently purchased an old-school Nokia flip phone to get my kid ready for the cellular world (not ready for the iPhone yet!). Brought it over to the AT&T Reston town center store to get a SIM card popped in and activated. Everything was flawless. Reagan and Jose hooked it up big time. They knew their stuff, were not pushy, and were able to give me some advice for some potential future plan changes. Flip phone working for leaving the store. All in all, everything took about 30 minutes. You guys were fantastic. Shout out to Reagan and Jose! Thx!!”
