I originally went to the Fair Oaks Mall store, but they were so busy trying to upsell me that they weren't listening. What a difference at the Fairfax store. Daniel was terrific. He listened and helped me get the phone and plan I wanted. He is definitely customer service-oriented. Thank you, Daniel.
