“This is one of the better USPS locations I’ve been to. Had gone on a weekday and so didn’t have to wait in a queue. The staff were courteous and prompt in fulfilling my package requests.The place was neat and had ample parking space.I would recommend this USPS location to others.”

“The clerk at the window was very helpful. The place was quite empty so I was quickly served. Google maps led me to the Marriott across the street. Until they fix that, Look at the address and the attached picture, and you'll find it. There are mailboxes out front and parking for USPS.”
“My experience here has been infrequent, but all positive. Front line customer service folks have been polite every time, and very patient. They recently found my phone left behind just before closing time, and the next day I found it had been set aside with a note explaining where it was found etc. ... we were happily reunited. Thank you, USPS!”
“Once you find it next to Peet's coffee (not PNC), this place is super convenient. Take a prepaid package, scan and get a receipt. No person required. So much better than waiting for a post office to open.”
“This post office does allow you to hand cancel your wedding invitations or anything with a wax seal. They give you the stamp and you stamp them all and place them in a bin. Was quick and easy.”

“Each time I come the staff at this location are efficient and helpful. They have a self use kiosk and drop box.Today I had a passport photo and application appointment and Clerk 4 helped me. “We’ve all had terrible post office experiences however, today I had GREAT interaction and felt compelled to leave a positive review. Anwar helped me with an envelope that was returned to sender, and another package that was a gift for a friend. Anwar took the time to insure both packages arrived on time (peak holiday season) and at the most affordable rate. You put all these negative reviews to shame, Anwar. THANK YOU!!!”
“Pulled into the parking lot at about 9:39am and it was pretty busy already. Was here at this location at about 9:40am and out by 9:50am on a Monday morning. This is pretty good. They had all three windows opened and all clerks were busy. When I went in, there was two people ahead of me and every were respectful of social distancing. Everyone wore masks indoors as required and the line moved pretty quick. The clerk I had was very nice and respectful and helped me out quickly and I was out of their within 10 minutes. When I left, there wasn't a line any longer. Small post office but it served my needs. The parking could be a challenge if you arrive at 9 am, when everyone wants to be the first in line. Overall, no issues at this post office.”

“I stopped in to get some stamps when there was one clerk on duty and 3 passport applicants. One was late, one was early, and the other one was on time. It was pretty chaotic with customers being ill-prepared and needing a lot of hand-holding (the late one had neither her passport application or a pen and was 30 minutes late when she arrived).Nonetheless, the clerk had a good sense of humor, was professional, empathetic, and honest. She answered one of my passport questions about their passport services and went out of her way to find a form for me, even though I told her I could come back when I was closer to renewing since she was so busy. I was impressed with how well informed she was about passport services that didn't apply to the USPS location and how respectful and calm she was under pressure. I was able to get everything done (lots of stamps and a mailing) with just a brief wait, and the clerk kept everyone content when it got even busier than when I first walked in. Good service should be appreciated, so I decided to leave positive feedback and express my gratitude for a job well done.”
“As far as post offices go, this one is really good. Usually pretty busy but you don't have to wait too long in line and ive always(over 10 years) been able to find a parkingspot. They've got passport services and if you're terrible at taking out your mail from your mailbox (like I am) they will kindly hold your excess junk and remind you often. I love the kiosk where I can just waltz up and buy stamps - on my own! Anyway. If you live in the area I recommend this location.”
“The folks who work at this facility have bent over backwards to help me when I needed it. I have a P.o. box there and if they don’t see me regularly, they check to see if everything is okay. There have been times where they have had to explain something a second time and they have done it with a smile. I get a hello and a smile every time I go in there.”
