“We’ve had Dr. Mitchell make house calls for our cats a few times over the years, and it’s been wonderful. It’s far less stressful for the cats (and us). She has a pleasant demeanor and we have always been very pleased.”

I also was able to experience their honesty when having to have teeth pulled. My dog has stayed with them in their kennel and it was a great experience. I called banfield and a had a conversation with a girl named naemul and not only she was helpful in accommodating but also extremely empathetic. I was going through the hardest time of my life and her approach to take it was outstanding. She comforted me, made sure she listened and responded so well. She tried her best to comfort me and it will stay with me. Literally felt like talking to a therapist. I highly recommend banfield if you’re choosing to let your child go. The overall experience was very smooth.”
