I took advantage of the free synthetic oil change at the Glenside and Broad st location. LB was my service rep. LB went out of her way to make my experience positive. AAA is very lucky to have an employee like LB.

This place was short-staffed when I was supposed to leave early, but the lady up front, I think her name was Val, was doing awesome. She ran to the back and took care of some work in a few seconds, saying my car was almost ready. Thanks 🙏
