They are a complete scam. They charged $465 for a wrist brace that I paid $20 for. This is one of the reasons medical costs and insurance are out of control. Avoid them at all cost.

Received call from someone overseas telling me my payment due the 23rd of Jan. is late and today is Jan.10th. As usual it was someone who had no communication skills .

I can only agree with other people's rating. I would give zero stars if I could for bouncing back and forth when you call (if you can finally talk to a human being) and their lack of follow up and owership of their problems are terrible. Ask for a manager to call twice within a week and never got a call back.
