I have been renting cars for 20 years - first and last time renting with Budget - it was almost comical how long it took / how disorganized/ didn’t even get the category of car I prepaid for. Stay away from Budget -

Horrible customer service. When we walked up, only one person working the front desk. Then 2 to 3 employees walking around and not working the front desk. The line is a mile long. Zero sense of urgency. I can see why it’s 2.5 stars. I am at the Budget Car rental in the Richmond Airport.
