Hertz customer service and app alert telling me the location would stay open past 11PM close time for me to pick up rental. After arriving at 11:30PM there is no one there to open gate. No one at counter. No one at Gold Desk. Had to stay overnight and get car at 7am. Customer service phone and chat did not help. Never again.
