There is no way to contact any real person at all from this location. I have an emergency with an item in the rental and no one will answer

The entire team at this Hertz location is fantastic. Camille is simply awesome and always super attentive to the customers' needs. She remembers my name and greets me from afar when I come up to the window. She is professional, friendly, and responsive. She is to be highly commended.
