The staff was friendly and professional from check-in to checkout, always ready to help with anything I needed. The room was nice and clean and the beds were comfortable! I had a great experience and will most definitely book again!

It site was very clean, the staff were very accommodating and friendly, next time I go back to Richmond I will be staying here again
