Customer Service nowadays is hit or miss. Today was my first visit to Francesca's and Virginia was a breath of fresh air. She was so friendly and beyond helpful. Thank you Virginia! 5 Stars ššššš

Such a beautiful location! The staff were very helpful and helped prepare a dressing room while selecting items. I loved the unique styles, great discounts, and beautifully organized displays! I not only found 1, but 2 of my new go-to dresses for fall. Iām so excited to wear my new items!
