Jiffy Lube Multicare in Richmond offers fast oil changes and additional services with no appointment necessary. Reviews note the service can be quick and efficient, with staff described as friendly, professional, helpful, and super-friendly, making time for customers. However, experiences vary. Some customers report a great, overall excellent visit where everything was done and ready. Others report inconsistencies, such as promised services like tire pressure checks or interior cleaning not being completed, and not being presented with options for preventive maintenance checks. While some highly recommend the location, others find the prices steep and the protocol different, leaving them unsure if all standard services were performed.
