Terrible. Can't use my photo id to buy beer. No carts ever. Employees are chillin. Sucks

Some experiences are good, others are not. It definitely depends on who's working there, customer service is a hit and a miss here.

Kroger Lombardy is a mess on a good day. There are a bunch of people and no one seems to care about who they cut off or inconvenience. The self check out never works right and the place is understaffed
