“I went to Charlottesville, where Chelsea was great. When they didn't have what I wanted, she called into Richmond, because I was going to be there the next day. I'm sixty years old, and it has been years since you had mom and pop type service with the salesperson that actually knew feet shoes.
Stuart was extremely pleasant and accommodating.I have to get all new shoes due to surgery. I can say because of the service that Stuart gave me at the Brook road store, I will be returning within a week to get the pair he ordered as well as a pair of shoes or two.
Today, most businesses are big corporations. Stuart spoke highly of the owners of the store. He told me how much he enjoyed working for the family and what great people they were. The whole experience was pleasant, and he definitely knows feet and shoes. I have not had that type of service at a shoe store since I was a small child.
It is because of his patience and kindness that I will be getting more shoes as I have to replace every pair of shoes I own. I hope the owners of the store appreciate him as much as I do and as much as he appreciates working for the family.
It was so refreshing to see a younger man working diligently. Not just with myself, but all the customers. If I were still running construction sites, I would have tried to hire him and steal him away. The service I received on Brook road and in Charlottesville was a throwback. I don't think I've ever enjoyed buying a pair of shoes before. I would like to thank him and the family that own the local shops. They have earned a new loyal customer.”

“Went to the nine mile location, lucky day that day, caught a killer sale, buy one get one half off and the shoes I bought I guess were on sale for cheap 50 bucks I think...I got two pair and not the same 2 pair for $75. I pay 75 bucks for my skechers work boots but it's a must, so getting 2 pair brand name shoes that aren't workboots is a deal to me, these weren't low brand shoes,so I guess at least follow the sales at Shoe Show Mega Store on nine mile rd.”
