The store and staff are great with great values. Customers appreciate wonderful, friendly, patient, and personable help. Associates are noted for their kindness, effective service, and pleasant professionalism, often walking customers to find items well outside their own department. This kind of customer service is hard to come by and noteworthy. One associate in tools is highlighted for immediately providing a perfect fix that saved time and money, with a recommendation to tap his wisdom for home improvement issues. Usually, customers have a good experience, though sometimes there are hardly any people in the store. Be aware that there can be aggressive people asking for money in the parking lot; the store is aware and is trying to remedy this. An experience at self-checkout was also noted where an associate was overly watchful and in a customer's personal space.
One of the best Lowes stores in the area. Store is always well kept, staff is always helpful and friendly for the most part, typically not as busy as some of the other ones so you dont end up waiting there forever.
