“Super helpful- Pete really knows about plumbing parts- modern or very old. Had a part for my 1937 American Standard sink valve that was leaking; we had turned off hot water to the sink quite a while ago as a new washer had not fixed the leak but the new part did the trick. Recommend highly!!!”

She has been patient with us as we waited for our house to sell, and we have had many phone and e-mail discussions about different furniture options for our new home. She even overnighted us many fabric options for the sofa, armchair, and bed that we chose! We finally placed our order, and she made the entire process seamless! I appreciate her attention to detail, and prompt communication. RH furniture is beautiful and high quality, but it’s the great customer service that really sets this interior design company apart from others.
