Folks in this branch are very friendly, but Truist has the absolute WORST customer service. Dealing with chronic CC fraud and they have done an atrocious job resolving the problem.

Scheduled an appointment with Megan Childress and got completely stood up. Completely at a loss. I am a very busy person and this is so unbelievably unprofessional.
