Second location that is closed and still listed as an open location.

A bad start for the transition to Truist. Tried to call to get an answer to a simple question, but they don't answer their phone. Made an appointment for a callback the following day. They sent me two emails confirming the appointment and reminding me to expect their call. They never called. POOR service.
