The Clothes Rack is a favorite thrift store for many in Richmond. It offers a great selection of men's and women's clothing, accessories, household items, furnishings, and baby items, all at great prices. The store is well-organized and always clean. Shoppers can find a lot of variety, with many noting it is one of the best places for tops, dresses, and jackets for women. There is often a sale based on the color of the price tag. The staff is super friendly and provides great service, and there is a fun rewards program. All profit supports the Junior League of Richmond and its community programming. It is an awesome place to check out.
I love the clothes here, I don’t go often but when I do, I almost always find something of quality. Most recently I got this 100% vintage silk blouse for $3, for a few light stains that were easily removed at the dry cleaner, and Ralph Lauren velvet cargo pants.

I was there today. The store is very clean, welcoming, organized by size and color, and the music is great. It's a hit or miss with selection because while clothes are clean, so many are faded or too worn to make a great buy. They have a lot of household decor and other stuff in good shape. Worth a visit!

The Clothes Rack is a charity thrift store that is well organized and full of fabulous finds, such as a new with tags Ralph Lauren gown for $20. In addition to having discounts for certain color-coded tags, the store has special happy hour sales every Friday (sign up for the text messages to know what's on sale).
