The unit assigned had a lock on it and there was no on-site staff, therefore I had to drive back to the main UHaul location the next day to get the unit switched. There was no discount for my inconvenience. Nevertheless, the staff resolved the problem quickly by switching the units.

The storages are a little small and there is never anyone in the office for service you have to go to a different location for service and to get your unit
