About United States Postal Service
The United States Postal Service (USPS) in this location has undergone a positive transformation. Previously, the branch was known for an unpleasant worker, but that individual is no longer employed there. The new postal officer, Gerald, has been described as fantastic, kind, personable, and helpful - a stark contrast to the previous employee. Customers have reported having pleasant and easy interactions with Gerald, who goes out of his way to assist them, even staying late to help a customer. The overall experience at this USPS location has been greatly improved, with customers feeling safe and comfortable returning to the branch in the future.

Gerald deserves a raise! This post office went from the joke (and frustration) of the neighborhood to a post office that we can trust. He treats everyone with kindness and takes the time to make sure everyone's mail is handled carefully.
