“i've only used this post office to ship packages, not receive anything, but my experience shipping has always been pleasant. employees are kind and patient even when i have a lot of packages i need help shipping, and every time i've been in here someone is at the counter waiting to help customers unlike some i've been to where you have to try to get someone's attention in another room which can be annoying. only thing that would make this post office better is a self service station!”

“Staff were friendly, polite, efficient, and knowledgeable. I came in around 10a on a Tuesday to get a package put together and shipped, gentleman at the counter packaged it for me. Took 5 minutes. The service here when I’ve gone has always been consistent and it’s definitely my preferred location in Midlothian compared to others nearby.”
“I've been using this post office for many years. There is a convenient self serve kiosk in the lobby that you can access after hours. The staff has been helpful on many occasions. A few years ago I had a package sent that the sender forgot to include my apt number on. My regular mailman had the day off and I just happened to be grabbing the mail and saw that the package was not delivered. We tracked it and saw it was being sent back the the sender, so we rushed to the post office. The person behind the counter got the tracking info from us and decided to check for it and found it right away. Another time recently my mailman saw me near the mailbox and gave me a shout because he had a package that was too big for my mailbox and would've had to be picked up from the post office otherwise. This location does get really busy, there are a lot of apartments nearby in walking distance. Sometimes they are understaffed, but that is the case almost everywhere. Everyone I have worked with here has been professional.”
“Ashley and Amanda are the most consistently kind, professional and very knowledgeable of operations of a postal service I've if ever met! I just moved here, started working with Poshmark and I was not privy to the process of packaging certain materials and labeling which you are somewhat left to figure out. They helped me, where patient with me and I am so grateful for their service! Totally refreshing and appreciative for them.. Thank you ladies! They are under staffed and for these ladies to handle the day to day business without enough help and do it with a smile is unmatched!”
“I appreciate the staff going above and beyond— often times working through lunch breaks due to staffing issues. While it can be frustrating that I may have come during a time they had to close the building— it is more times than not— they remain open and work 8-10 hour days straight with no breaks to fulfill the needs of the Post Office.

“Look. I’ve used this post office for 14 years+ and yes, it has its problems for sure. What place doesn’t? But Anne holds this place down. Thank you Anne for always being super helpful and taking care of us even when her employer sucks. If this location shut down… where would we go? To another location that’s just as bad? It’s the USPS, not this branch. They’re doing the best they can with the situation given to them.”

Here I was greeted by friendly, knowledgeable staff who were kind and helpful. I drive by 3 post offices on my way here but it will always be worth the extra trip!”
